"Metelitsa" joins a non-profit organization, the “Responsible Gaming” Fund.
In the Centre there is a
hot line on problem gambling. Apart from confidential communication with specialists, on dialing this number one can get information on self-help groups for ÀG (anonymous gamblers) and ‘I-Anon’ (for gamblers` near and dear ones), make an assignment for a personal consultation with the specialists of the Centre - there are professional psychologists among them and consultants who have experience of their own recovery from the addiction.
In the Centre there are out-patient rehabilitation programs for gamblers and for their family members and dear ones, as gambling addiction is an illness which engulfs not only the gambling-addicted person but all their family, relatives and friends.
All services of the Centre are anonymous and free of charge.
